Vitamin A: Involves oxidation & reduction reactions. in special the metabolism of carbohydrate & lipids, as well as it also stimulates the epithelia.

Vitamin D3: Plays a role in Calcium & phosphor metabolism and their precipitation in the bones, helps both calcium & phosphor absorption in intestine and it stimulates parathyroid hormone.

Vitamin E: Regulates oxidation-reductio reactions & proteins metabolism,it stimulates urogenital tract.

Vitamin C: plays basic role in anti bodies synthesis. and it is essential in haemopolesis.

Vitamin B1: is used  in synthesis of carbohydrate yeast that is essential in amino acids metabolism. it has an important role in transport neural impulse, by inhibition of choline sterase function.
