The aluminum die casting muffler bracket is used on automotive chassis system of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, the bracket is used to decrease the noise, the part has requirement on the mechanical property, the material is A380, the processes of this part is not complex, but as the part has feature of deep pocket, and the allowed draft angle is small, leading to easier stress accumulation, resulting in problem of mold sticking. the mold of this part is supposed to set the cooling points.  In addition, to prolong the tooling life, the factory should maintain the tooling regularly.
