Detail Description
GD series Aluminum Coil Packing Machine was designed mainly for metallurgical industries.The machine could be widely used in the exterior wrapping of circular articles such as steel coil,bronze coil,wire material,rubber tube,bearing,electric wire,cable,tire and etc.
- PLC & HMI are adopted.
- Label device is available.
- Trolley for loading and unloading.
- The converter is adopted to adjust the overlap of the packing tape according to requirement.
- Height of the turning ring could be adjusted for different OD by motor.
- Special brake for the tape release device to avoid material folding.
- Simple operation by imputing OD. ID. width & corrected parameter of coiled metal. Other parameters will be set automatically.
- The rollers are wrapped by polyurethane for protect the surface of products.
- Cutting the packing tape automatically.
