Q1:What is the MOQ ?
A:30square meters,trial order acceptable
Q2: What is the payment terms ?A: Commonly we offer FOB guangzhou price,30% deposit and balance paid before loading by TT or LC.
Q3:What is the delivery time or shipping time ?
A:Commonly 15 days for powder coating white profiles and 35days for other colors about the production.
Direct ship from guangzhou to Australia:12-14 days to Sydney,14 -18 days to Melbourne,20-21 days to Perth,11-24 days to Brisbane,19-22 days to Canberra,19-24 days to Freemantle.
Q4:What is the price difference between powder coating and anodizing ?
A:No price difference,but the color will affect the delivery time.
Q5:How could you make windows or doors exactly meet clients ?A:We will send clients the color samples and CAD shop drawings for approval once we got the deposit,
we will start the production according to the color samples and shop drawings which were approved by clients.
The client can do the inspection in our workshop in person or we take the pictures and send to clients for inspection
