Generally, it include the Three Wings, Four Wings, Five wings PDC Non-Coring Bits. 3-Wing step-type drag bits are designed to drill the same material in a faster time-frame than the 4-Wing type. Step bits are used for soft to medium formations (From sand to clay and shale). Useful for: Water wells, Geothermal wells and environmental and exploration drilling
