The tensioning of reel chain for Corn Picker Machine. (1) The clearance between the chain and the wheel is small after working time, the chain is elongated, and the transmission chain will be loosed.It needs to tension the reel chain when the chain and the chain wheel were jammed ,the chain jumped,blocked. (2) Loose the front tension plate and set the bolt ,remove the tension plate forward,it will one piece of tension is same as the other , it is ok for tighting and mounting the bolt . (3) If there is abnormal transmission when the chain is suitable tension, for example, the chain is also blocked, jumped and so on, it tells us the tooth shape of sprocket is weared, shaped serious or chain, chain element deformation excessive, at this time it should change relative parts,or else it will make greater losses because of the abnormal transmission of the chain to produce the other parts damaged from picker systerm. (4) Make sure to adjust transmission plane positive after tighting the chain or changing the chain,  sprocket to avoid scratching, blocking between the chain, the element of chain and the other parts. 

 How to Harvest Corns?

1. After the corn stalks are guided into the gap of the counter-rotating rolls, they will be pulled downwards by the rolls, and the corncobs will then be snapped off for its large diameter.

2. The corncobs are conveyed into the corn husker by the lifting conveyor, while straws are chopped by the flail knives to return to field.

3. Husked corncobs fall into the corncob tank while husks enter into the corn husk chopping system . 

4. Chopped husks are discharged from the outlet on the side of the harvester and return to field. When the corncob tank is full, the driver can turn it over conveniently to unload the corncob.
