ADSS Cable Preformed Suspension Clamp

The preformed tangent suspension clamp is mainly used for overhead self-supporting ADSS cable lines, it is used for hanging cable , similar to the role of ordinary suspension clamp. Strain clamps can reduce the cable static stress at the suspension point to improve the cable vibration resistance, to overcome the dynamic stress of wind vibration; ADSS cable can also ensure that the bending does not exceed the allowable value, so that the cable does not produce bending stress. Since the optical cable is installed with the clip, it does not generate any additional stress, so the optical fiber in the optical cable will not generate additional loss.

Production introduction

The Preformed Cable Suspension Clamp is used to ADSS cable on the line support and connect immediate support or support of angle less than 25°, one set for each tower.

The features of Preformed Aluminum Suspension Clamp: the grip strength 10%-20% RTS (Rated Tensile Strength), and the recommended span ﹥ 200 mm.

The Preformed Suspension Clamp Tension Set included in complete set of suspension: Inner preformed armor rods, outer preformed rods, a suspension head (a pair of aluminum clamp, a pair of plastic inserts, a set of bolt, lock nuts, and lock washers etc.) Eye Chain Link, anchor shackle.

Structure

1.       Inner preformed rods: Aluminum alloy rods. It directly enlaces outer layer of ADSS.

2.       Outer preformed rods: made of aluminum alloy rods.

3.       Suspension head: It includes(a) plastic insert, (b) aluminum housing, (c) bolt, (d) lock washer, (e) lock nut, and (f) anti-loose pin. Plastic insert, made up of high quality rubber and centro-reinforcement, has high strength, good elasticity and low compression deformation. Aluminum housing is formed by pressing and forging corrosion resistant aluminum alloy. Bolt, lock nut, lock washer, and anti-loose pin are all hot galvanized standard components.

4.       Shackle: Hot galvanized steel. The failure load of U-4 is 40 KN, U-7 is 70 KN.

5.       Eye Chain Link: Hot galvanized steel. The failure load of ZH-4 is 40 KN, ZH-7 is 70 KN.
