HYE665 is a two component, addition cure, heat (60°C) cure silicone rubber. It is designed as a hardness 65 (Shore A) rubber with easy mold release and improved resistance to cure inhibition. They also have excellent dimensional stability and low shrinkage.

E665 addition cure silicone rubber is catered for pattern design, model design, mold making and tooling, and prototyping.

6 to 8 months from date of shipment when stored at 25°C in the original sealed packages.

Inhalation: Remove source(s) of contamination and move victim to fresh air. Contact physician immediately.

Eye Contact: Flush eyes with plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.

Skin Contact: In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water; remove contaminated clothing and launder before reuse; seek medical attention if rash develops.

Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting unless instructed by a physician. Contact physician immediately.

The silicone rubber has excellent resistance to high temperature and low temperature. The product made of the silicon rubber can be used for a long period under the condition of temperature of -60°C~ 250°C. The product can be transported as non-hazardous goods.
