Features:

Good performance and long service life It is constructed by special processing equipment. During rolling, exterior wall of silo is occluded helix protruding strip with thickness 40mm, which reinforces loading capacity of silo. It makes rigidity, stability and aseismatic ability better than others. It also makes its service life longer for using antisepsis materials.

Good tightness sealing & extensive usage. Because it adopts specialized equipment for bending, occluding, quality of each parts can be guaranteed and with good tightness sealing. If for storage of grain, pesticide and fumigation; there are various of materials can be used for silo according to features of storage material; therefore it can be widely used in grain, brewing, sewage treatment and other agri industries.

Short construction period , Low investment It is constructed on site on ground. Speed of forming and bending is 5m/min without scaffold and other auxiliary equipment to shorten construction period. It is made by thick sheet and weight is corresponding to reinforcement bar of concrete silo with same volume. Additionally because it can bend, form sheets with different specification through double-layer bending, investment can be reduced significantly for silos used for storage of corrosive in chemicals & environment friendly industries.

Less occupied space, easy management Height and diameter of silo can be choose at variable rang. The minimum gap between two silos is 500mm. It can make full use of space, reduce occupied space. Automatization can be fulfilled with temperature monitoring system, level indicator for user’s management.
