AAC Production Line/Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block

Main raw materials of AAC block are sand(or fly ash ), calx, made as a new walling material of building with a special process, its production engineering and technical equipment was developed. AAC block is light, moisturizer, heat insulation, easy to process, sufficient materials source, can make use of industrial waste, become more and more popular in the marketProduction process: 1. Raw material prepare, mainly deal with blocky lime and sand2. Blocky lime broken by the crusher3. Ball Crusher mills the small blocky lime into powder. 4. Wet-milling the sand into slurry5. Batching the Raw materials6. After batching pour the raw materials to pour mixer to make slur7. After mixing, pour the slurry uniformly into the mould8. After per-curing for a suitable temperature and time, the block will get a suitable hardness, and prepared for cutting9. Tilting hoister turns over the mould 90° 10. Tilting hoister separates the mould and block, and transport the block together with side board to the cutter cart11. Longitudinal and horizontal vertical cut the block12. Semi-finished product hoister carries the cut block and side board to the curing cart, marshalling the blocks and waiting for autoclave13. Autoclave the block with suitable temperature and pressure14. Stack and pack the finished product15. Transportation after packed16. Side board return17. Side board combine the mould and oil18. Quality of host cutting, 12t. 7. Installed capacity of host machine: 11.4kw, including hydraulic station. Main features of the cutting Machine: 1. The machine is simple and practical, easy to install and repair2. After tilting the blank stands vertically with the width of 600mm and the height of 1200mm, thus the cutting wire can be shorter and cutter precision can be more exactly for it is not easy to be broken and drifted. 3. The vertical cutting is done by the vertical cutting device (the blank is fixed on the table)while the horizontal cross--cutting device is driven by the screw which can ensure even lifting of the cross-cutting support and the cutting precision. 4. As the blank stands vertically, the grooves on both sides of the blank (with width of 600mm)can be milled at the time of the blank cutting vertically, on groove processing device is needed. 5. The machine can process both building blocks and slabs and cut in six sides therefore the quality of product is free from affection of mould oil and the deformation of the mould. 6. The machine has simple operation and cutting processes (tilting, vertical cutting and cross cutting)can be finished in different positions plus that cutting and running are controlled in the same device for simplified operation and convenient maintenance.
