AAC Block Production Line Photos        Detailed Technical Description   AAC Plant (AAC brick making machine and AAC brick making machinery)         Brief Process    Firstly  batch measured raw materials Feed batched raw material into casting mixer to make slurry Through thoroughly mixing, the ready slurry is poured into the mould in one minute .After pre-curing under a certain temperature and period, the block would reach a certain hardness prepared for cutting Tilting hoist would turn over 90 degree of mould Then open the mould and separate it from the block, and take the block with side plate onto cutting cart The blocks then be cut through the cutter firstly of two vertical sides of block Secondly the horizontal cutting Finally the vertical cutting 10.  After cutting, the block is hanged to curing cart with side plate by semi-finished product hoist. 11.  Grouping the cut blocks and put them into autoclave 12.  Hardening the blocks under certain temperature and pressure 13.  Take finished products out of autoclave 14.  The finished product is taken by finished product hoist to stock 15.  Packed for loading 16.  The side plate return back by side plate rail 17.  Side plate is organized together with empty mould 18.  Clean the mould and preparing for next pouring    
  Principle   Tilting hoist turns the mould with the blank 90 degrees in the air, then demould the blank and put it on the cutting cart together with the side plate. The cutting car is powered by motor and walk to stay, finish cuts vertically , mills the trough , level to cutting through vertical cutting device. The cutting cart continue walking under the central position of the crosscut device and stops, the crosscut device is started, crosscut shelf from top to bottom and the cross cut is finished. The cutting car walk to the semi-finished product hoist, and the semi-finished product hoist will take the cut block with the side plate onto the curing cart to the autoclave. The cutting cart return to the primitive position for next circulation.     Character   The structure is simple and practical, easy to install and maintain. After tilting, the blank stand vertically with width 600mm and height 1200mm, which makes the cutting wire shorter and it is not easy to be broken and drifted. The cutting is more precise. As the blank stand vertically, the grooves on both sides of the blank can be milled at the same time when the blank is cut vertically, no groove processing device is needed. It is simple to operate, the cutting is finished in different positions and the cutting and running is controlled by the same device, therefore, operation is simplified and convenient. The wire is tensioned by cylinders, the tensile force is same for every cutting wire. This make the cutting quality(cutting precise and outer size) is more reliable and more easy to control. The advantages of the tension method by cylinder. 1) Cylinders are standard parts easily sourced from market. 2) The tension force by cylinder is same exactly no matter the error of the wire length. 3) The tension force is adjustable. 4) As the wire is replaced under zero pressure of the cylinder, it is easy to replace and install the wire and no breaking happen.     Quality Requirements of Raw Materials   1, fly ash Fly is the core of this product materials.
