AA070TA01 Mitsubishi 7.0 inch TFT-LCD

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi) AA070TA01 is a 7.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, With LED Driver, without touch screen. This  Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 7.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of 20181010 which was released out on 10 10 2018, AA070TA01 supports display 1280(RGB)×768 (WXGA) with aspect ratio of 15:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 151.68(W)×91.01(H) mm, outline size of 169.8(W)×109.7(H) mm, viewing area size of 155.1(W)×94.4(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 200g (Typ.). As a SWV, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, AA070TA01 can provides 1000 cd/m² display brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 88/88/88/88 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 12/12 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 49% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 100K hours, With LED Driver. AA070TA01 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
