5M Integrated Solar Street Light

In order to prolong the lifespan of solar street light, FORZATEC develops smart controller to monitor and protect the whole light system, especially the lithium battery which is the core part the light. The ambient temperature will influence lithium battery. When the temperature is lower than 0℃, the features of lithium battery will be changed a lot and is not suitable for continuous charging. When the  0℃ charging protection function switch on, if the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, the battery charging will be stopped so as to protect the lithium battery. When the battery voltage reaches full, the charging mode will automatically adjust to constant voltage charging, the charging mode changes to discontinuous current charging, known as PWM charging mode, is a safe and fast way for battery charging, so as to make a better charging efficiency. Meanwhile, after long-time experiments, we abandon the convential 18V solar panel for 12V battery system and change for 12V and 14V panel which turns out to be much more efficient when charging lithium battery.
