The 50L beer brewing equipment is widely used in pub, laboratory, home. The configuration is flexible depending on different working efficiency:

Brewhouse combination is flexible according to your needs and daily work shift. In general, there is just one main tank, mash,lauter, kettle and whirlpool function all in this tun, heating is electric.

Fermenter quantity will depend on beer daily output and beer fermentation cycle.     Cooling system including glycol water tank, pump and chiller. The big cooling capacity used in heat exchanger, for cooling wort.
Control system we have 2 type, PLC control and Digital control system.     Product Description 1. Introduction  This 50L beer brewing equipment is applied for all kinds of beers' fermentation. By using it, you can do home-enjoy brewing and brewing test brewing, we are confident to design and manufacture the equipment  according to your needs.    Adopt high quality stainless steel 304 plate material, thickness: 2-3mm.All welding is argon gas protection  and double-sided welding. Foundation bolt: can adjust the height of the equipment, easy to install.   For the details of equipment, these are some information that we need to pay a attention:
1.  About the welding, our welders with more than 10 years experience adopt argon-arc welding which can ensure the welded joint is sealed. And I also have sent picture to you, hope you could have a look.
2. As you know, all the beer brewing equipment tanks are working under some pressure (0.17MPa), so our technical workers inspect the bulge test at least 0.3Mpa and keep 48 hours strictly.And I have sent TUV to you in the past emails
3. About the roughness and cracks, the equipment is polished well under 0.4 micro meters, which looks like mirror.

A: The PLC or digital dispalyer could control the temperature by connecting with the PT 100 sensor. The brewing tanks with rock wool to keep warm, the fermenters and bright beer tank with PU as cooling jacket to keep cool.   3. Is it possible to supply installation in our country?
