The blade of rotors is designed with banbury type and is welded with jacket construction for cooling water or steam.   2. The top and each working surface of the blade are weld with hard alloy and it is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant.   3. The end face of  the rotor uses hermatical seal devices with oil pressure adjusting.   4.
