4pole max 63 automatic transfer switch (ATS)
WHY CHOOSE US
SWQ1series miniature circuit breaker automatic transfer switch is composed of two mcb and its auxiliary parts. It is suitable to the double power system of AC power below 415V,frequency 50/60Hz,rated current below63A. The main applied places include hospital, shopping mall, bank, fire control ,telecommunication, high-rising building etc. where the power off is not allowed.
Features
l Simple structure, operation convenient ,life long,2-4pole available;
l The ATS adopts high breaking capacity MCB, it has the features of MCB;
l With mechanical and electric interlock to make sure the two power can not be supplied in the same time;
l The switching is drive by DC permanent magnet motor , the transferring process is balance, without noise, impact small;
l When the main power has fault, the ATS will immediately transfer to backup power to keep the power not interrupted ,when the fault of main power is solved ,the ATS will transfer to main power automatically .
Working condition
l The around air temperature should be between -10℃ and +40℃ ,the average value should be not higher than 35℃;
l The sea level should not exceed 2,000m;
l The air relative humidity should not exceed 50%,lower temperature ,the humidity can be higher, the average temperature +25℃,,the max relative humidity should not exceed 90% and the surface condensation should be taken into consideration cause of the temperature change;
l Pollution degree III;
l The working place is without strong vibration and impact, no corrosive gas that corrode metal and break the insulation, no strong dust, no conductive particulate and explosive dangerous substance, no strong electromagnetic interference.
