4 Core Steel Wire Armored Power Cable
Low Voltage SWA Armored Cable is a type of power cable that is used for transmitting electricity from one place to another. SWA Armored Cable is designed to operate at low voltages, typically between 1kV and 3.3kV. The Copper Sheathed Power Cable is made up of a number of copper or aluminum conductors, which are insulated with a layer of PVC or XLPE. The conductors are then laid up together and wrapped with a layer of steel wire armor, which provides mechanical protection to the Steel Wire Armoured Power Cable. The armor is usually made up of galvanized steel wires, which are laid in a helical pattern around the cable. The steel wire armor also provides protection against rodents and other animals that may damage the cable. The outer sheath of the cable is made of PVC or PE, which provides additional protection against moisture and other environmental factors. Low Voltage SWA Armored Copper Cable is commonly used in underground power distribution networks, industrial plants, and other applications where high mechanical protection is required.
