Applied as a pressure-sensitive tape, and then heat-cured to develop

Application Procedure 1) Put the button on the tape die cut and afterwards remove the taped button from

Glass surface.
2) The taped buttons should be at or above room temperature during application.
The glass temperature should be between 80-95° C during application; If not, a
Heated platen at 180° C should be used. Buttons can even be successfully
Applied on glass at room temperature, as long as the button surface matches up
Well with the glass contour, and adequate pressure is used to achieve wet-out.
3) Firm pressure should be used to apply the buttons (in general 5.5-7.0 kg/cm² Is
Recommended). The pressure should be applied evenly on the button and tape
In order to achieve complete wet-out.
4) Cure the taped assembly for 25 minutes at 140° C or other recommended
Conditions.
