Different materials of the knitted mesh:
According to the material. The knitted wire mesh can be made of various materials including SS304 316 316L 314 317 321 347 904L 410 430 434 310S 321 2205 2507, Monel, Inconel, hastelloy wire and other alloy wires, pure nickel, Titanium ,FeGrAl ,copper brass and phosphor copper wires.
Width: 40mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500 mm, 600mm, etc.
Length: 30-200m, customized size is available.
Usage of pure nickel wire mesh/cloth
1) For vacuum coating;
2) For making valves grid, inner components of vacuum valves;
3) For making lead, supporting wire,
4) For battery production;
Applications of knitted wire mesh
l Knitted wire mesh is widely used as demister pads for gas and liquid separators.
l Knitted wire mesh can be used for cleaning machines, kitchens and other components and parts.
l Compressed knitted wire mesh can be installed in the engines to decrease noise and reduce shocks.
l Knitted wire mesh can be used as shielding mesh for EMI/RFI shielding.
Payment term:
1. T/T, usually for 30% advance payment,for customized item, 50% advance payment, balance payment paid before delivery or against the BL.

Trade term: Exw Anping factory, FOB(Tianjin), CIF and CNF all available.
Packing details:
Wrapped with water-proof paper and with plastic bags or bubble wrap, outside to wooden case or wooden pallets.
Delivery time:
For stocked items, delivery time with one week,
For customized items, delivery time around 25-35days.
Min Order:
For stocked item, Moq can be 1 sqm, if no stocked, the quantity will be around 10 sqm.
