30m Electric mobile platform ladder
1. Features:
--- The whole machine consist of platform, telescopic cylinder, anti reverse mechanism of
double ladder type,chassis oil tank, supporting leg, road wheel,etc.
--- The telescopic cylinder lifts hydraulic man lift, when starting motor, the motor will drive
the gear pump to supply oil, and the oil will flow into cylinder through one-way valve and
electromagnetic channel, as a result, the telescopic cylinder rises joint by joint.
--- Lifting heights: 4m-35m
--- Load capacity: 100kg-200kg
--- Power sources: 220V, 280V, 380V AC power or chargeable batteries, DC power
--- This hydraulic man lift is used for maintenance, cleaning, installation in factories, hotel,
shopping centers, station, airport, workshops, warehouses and so on.
2. Safety precautions:
--- Explosion-proof valves: protect hydraulic pipe, anti-hydraulic pipe rupture.
--- Spillover valve: It can prevent high pressure when the machine moves up. Adjust the
pressure.
--- There are remote control and control box, you can control mobile hydraulic lift tables
on platform and ground.
--- Under voltage protector: Before use, it can check the voltage and judge whether is
suitable for the lift, it won't work to protect the electric machine if the voltage is not suitable.
--- Emergency stop value: It can shut off the power supply to make the lift stop lifting up or
down when meet an emergency.
--- Solenoid valve: The hydraulic man lift can go down by manual in case of no electricity.
