When the welded pipe is used as a fluid conveying pipe, it has different requirements from ordinary steel pipes:
1. Welds are not allowed to leak. For the welded pipes required by API, the weld seam of each welded pipe also needs to be subjected to ultrasonic flaw detection and hydrostatic test;
2. When transporting corrosive chemical solutions, the inner walls of all steel pipes must be treated with anti-corrosion;
3. All fluid pipes require internal deburring to reduce fluid transfer resistance.
