A: Firstly, our defective rate is less than 0.2%, so there is no big problem with the lights.
    Secondly, we usually offer 3 years warranty (some of the high bay model offer 5 years warranty) for our lights.
    Thirdly, during the guarantee period, we will resend the new lights with new order for small quantity. If there are many lights don't work, we will repairs them and resend them to you.
