Brief introduction of stone crusher line
The company manufactures various equipments for whole set of stone crusher line, and provide professional technical support for customers. The whole production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, and electric control system. The designed ability of production is generally 30-450 tons / hour. We design different production lines by combining different models of equipments to satisfy different customers' practical requirements. In order to meet different processing needs of customers, the output can be adjusted easily, meanwhile, it can be equipped with cone crusher, dedusting equipment etc.

Working principle of Stone Crusher Line:
First the raw materials are regularly conveyed into the elementary-crushing machine by the vibrating feeder, then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to jaw crusher for secondary crush. The secondary products will be separated into stone of different sizes by the vibrating screen. The parts not satisfying the needs will be returned to the impact crusher for further crushing.
