  Product Description   Separation Principle   3 phase liquid-liquid-solid Decanter centrifuges, also called tricanter. Taking advantage of the principle that the light liquid, heavy liquid and solid phase, with different density and mutually insoluble in the mixed liquid, gain different sedimentation speed in the centrifugal force field or gravity force field, separating stratification or causing the solid particles in the liquid to deposit can be achieved.   In the gravity force field or centrifugal force field, the light liquid phase, the heavy liquid phase and the solid phase with different density and mutually insoluble in the mixed liquid, respectively gain different sedimentation speed, and thus separate and stratify. In the gravity force field it is called gravity separation, while in the centrifugal force field it is called centrifugal separation.   Application    1. Any suspension with 3 phase,light liquid,heavy liquid and solid,i.e.Fat ,water,sludge separation.    2. Chemical or pharmaceutical products such as: butane dicarboxylic acid, alum, aluminum hydroxide, ammonium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium nitrate, ammonium sulphate, anthracene, antibiotics, barium chloride, barium carbonate, barium sulphate, benzene, blood products, blue vitriol, borax, boric acid, calcium carbonate, calcium citrate, calcium hydroxide, calcium nitrate, calcium oxalate, casein, cellulose, chrome yellow, clay, methyl cellulose, corundum, corn plum mule, cooking oil, processed fish, mirabilite, glutamate, hops, pesticide diatomaceous earth, herbicides, tartaric acid, sodium sulphate, sodium phosphate, sodium nitrate, carbon black and others materials.   3. Mineral oil, waste oil, bilge sludge, lubricating oil,crude oil,Olive oil, palm oil, avocado oil;   4. recovering of animal and vegetal basic products (oils/fats, starch, proteins).   5. Beverages (wine, beer, fruit)

    Separation principle  The tricanter is driven by two motors. The main motor drives the bowl and the housing of differential mechanism to rotate through belt, while the auxiliary motor drives through the belt pulley the input shaft of the differential mechanism to rotate, which, after speed change, drives the helical to rotate.
