1. Axle
L Vehicle on running, in that, support board located in the axle where bearing the maximum moment and weight centralized area, so should attention that:
L Check in the condition of vehicle stopped, when hoist up the vehicles, should get raise 3 axles simultaneously.
L When jack the wheels, should get the support not far away from the leaf springs. Strictly prohibited to jack on the axle. And we jacking the position should be laid with thick steel plate in case of that support point suffer extreme force or get slide,
L Prohibited for water cooling the drum break in the high temperature situation, to prevent the drum be broken, normally, should wait until the drum cooled itself. While in long slope downgrade, should cool before the drum get be warmed, prevent the drum brake or friction disc get damaged due the high temperature.
2. Support device guideline
L Semi trailer have to be parked on the flat way, slope and soft ground ways will not allowed but with support devices to bearing the trailer.
L Maximum hoist height prohibited, while uprising height not enough, should pillow with sleeper or other stuff to hover height.
L While decoupling, jack the vehicle in a suitable situation.
L When Coupling or decoupling, tug should make sure the trailer and tug master not in moving, in case of, supporting device drag to damage.
L Tug master on moving, protrude should assure be took back completely, and ensure the ground clearance not less than 30mm.
L Finish running the vehicle should confirm the gears are at right position on the gearbox and put the handler back back to the holder, arbitrary lying prohibited.
3. Break System Instruction
Semi-trailer truck use dual pneumatic brake system.
Such braking system consisted with air coupling, air charging pipe system, control system, superior (synchronization) emergency relay valves, accumulator tube, brake chamber, wheel brake etc.
Air charging pipe coupling connect with the accumulator tube in the tractor; Pipe controlling air coupling connected with the brake valve in the tractor; Semi-trailer works with each brake chamber simultaneously.
When driver paddled the brake, each brake chamber start to works in semi trailer, ensure the foot brake available. If the air charging pipe system have a leak off or blow out, otherwise, tug trailer separated with semi trailer when truck on running, semi trailer could brake automatically. If parked not so long, park brake was not necessarily.
Parking brake device, controlled by spring brake system, wheel brake co worked as the parking brake.
4. Electric System
The electric system of semi trailer is placed same with tow truck. In front envelop of the truck settled with 7 pins socket. In the back of vehicle mounted with rear position lamps, break lamp, turning lamp, license light, frog light, outline light and triangle reflector. Front of truck, with front position lamp, outline light,; Side with side turning light, each bulb voltage with 24V.
