Salt Spray Tester Materials | Chamber material: The entire chamber structure is made of imported reinforced hard PVC/PP plates with smooth and flat surface, and is aging resistant, corrosion proof, and easy to clean without leakage, avoiding the disadvantage of color fading with time of GRP.
Material of chamber cover: made of imported transparent impact-resistant plates, facilitating to observe status of test specimens during test.
Material of salt water barrel: made of imported PVC plates with ultra-large size, prevent test from stopping due to shortage of salt water.
Material of high-pressure air pipe: copper pipe or rubber pipe.
Saturatedair cylinder: made of imported high-quality mirror-finished stainless steel plates (SUS304); temperature and humidity increase shall be conducted in accordance with Henry's law to obtain required humidity for the test.
(Function of saturated air cylinder: Increase temperature and humidity of the compressed air and filter oil)
All pipes in the test chamber introduce thickening fluorine and silicone rubber tube without aging and cracking within 15 years. |
