4, Q: How to get a sample?

Gift In:   Please feel free to ask for the samples to review our quality/workmanship/material. The reference sample are free to provide, just need you kindly absorb the freight. We support sampling per your or your client’s own design, and we will share the cost after you order.

5, Q: How long time to make a sample?

Gift In:    If reference samples are in stock, can be sent at the same day you ask. Then take 3~7days to delivery via international express. If make a new sample, will take 5~10days to arrange on sampling line. If customize the Logo printing, will take 7~10days as it need to make the film. If need to make a new mold, will take 10~30days as need to arrange with the sub-contractor.

6, Q: How to improve if not satisfy with thee sample?

Gift In:    If quality issue, we’ll take all in charge and re-make for you if as demand and time is enough; If design issue, we’ll guide to revise the design with new sampling till you’re satisfied.

7, Q: How long for mass production?

Gift In:   Generally around 30days, as it the mass production processes include material purchasing, machinery set-up, pre-production samples made and approved, Printing-proof made and approved, packing, test and inspection. If popular items, which we have the material in stock, the lead time would be the half.

8, Q: What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

Gift In:   Popular items, would be start from 500/1000PCs. Customized items, would be start from 1000/2000PCs.

9, Q: Can you handle big order? What’s the production capacity?

Gift In:   The capacity is around 500,000PCs/Month. We have a professional team, which is much experienced with big programs, with the most famous brands, retail stores all over the world.

10, Q: What payments would be workable?

Gift In:   TT, L/C, OA, PayPal etc. are all acceptable. TT in advance would be prior for the first order.

Gift In:   If you don’t have a forwarder, we could help to arrange the shipping to your door, or your local seaport/airport, then just need to clear the Customs and arrange a track to deliver the goods to your warehouse with a local broker.
