Function Details >>>>>

1. Pulse/ Heart rate: In the pulse mode, press [SET] for 2 seconds, then put finger on the heart rate watch sensor. Heart rate value will show on the screen. If heart rate is not detected, it will reveal RETRY.
2. Alarm: In the alarm mode, press[UP] to open/close alarm, press [RESET] to open/close hour alarm. Press [SET] to set alarm time.
3. Stopwatch/ chronograph
4. Exercise time/ Training zone: Press[UP] to start exercise time, press[UP] to stop exercise time. When stop exercise time, press[RESET] to clear data and it will auto return to clock mode after 5 minutes if no button is pressed. If start exercise time, then it won't auto return to clock mode.
5. Clock time: In the clock mode, press [SET] for 2 seconds, and the set Year, Month, Date, Hour, Minute, Birth Year, Birth Month, Birth Date, Sex, Weight. When you set Weight, you can press [RESET] to choose KG or Pound.

MODE: Switch mode button
UP: Change various Settings, such as star or stop the stopwatch, alarm clock
PULSE: Heart rate testing sensor
SET: Enter the set state
HR: Into the heart rate mode, press this key to switch in the heart rate patterns of various states
