Specifications

SMS and SMMS fabric is composed of two layers spunbonded fabrics and one or two layer MB fabrics.

 With good tensile, high filtration and remarkable softness, it can prevent and isolate dust, particle, alcohol, blood, bacteria and virus invading. 

meltblown non-woven made by our machine is good for high-class filter material. The non-woven  product has characteristics of soft hand feeling, good uniformity, high filter efficiency, perfect breathability, excellent shielding etc.

The applications are :

Filter, medical&hygiene, oil absorbency, garment lining, wiping special for electronic material, isolation garment, etc.

The applications for SMS are:

Exposure suit, operation clothes , operation bag , remedy cloth , cap , respirator , reclaim bag ,etc.

Features:

Feeding→Extrusion melting→Pre-filtration →filature→Cooling→Stretching→Web spreading→Thermal bonding→Cutting→Storage of finished goods

b. melt blown process steps:

Feeding→Extrusion melting→Pre-filtration →filature→spining and forming web
