Brief introduction:

Oil fried potato chips are a kind of snack processed from fresh potato chips after being washed, peeled, sliced, fried and flavored. It not only retains the special delicious flavor of roasted potato but also has rich nutrition value, and is delicious, convenient, and thus winning the favor of consumers.

The processing flow:

Potatoes ---- Washing --- Peeling --- Trimming --- Slicing --- Washing --- Blanching --- De-watering --- Frying --- De-oiling --- Inspecting --- Seasoning --- Packaging

Specifications

(1)All products contact surfaces are stainless steel 304.
(2)The fryer consists of frying pan and hood covers lift by gear motor and cooling conveyor.
(3)Oil level is control by auto level switch and auto top up the oil into the fryer.
(4)Oil temperature auto control by thermostat sensor.
(5)Oil heating system is by circulation the oil to Heat Exchanger, to save fuel usage, loss of heat and cooking oil acidity.
(6)Whole system consists of fryer, oil storage tank, screen netting oil filtering rotate system, de-oil conveyor, coolingconveyor, seasoning powder coating drum, roller sheeter, cutter and Heat Exchanger.

We can make the machinery according to you required capacity and craft. For semi-automatic, we have capacity of 20-30Kg/g, 60-70Kg/h, 150Kg/h, for automatic, we have capacity of 150Kg/h, 300Kg/h, 500Kg/h and 2000Kg/h.
