Semiconductor sensor for CO and combustible gas
Sensitive material of MQ-9 gas sensor is SnO₂
Adopts detection method of cycle high and low temperature
At low temperature (heated by 1.5V), sensor detects CO gas, conductivity becomes higher along with gas concentration rising
At high temperature (heated by 5.0V), it detects methane, propane and other combustible gas and cleans other gases adsorbed under low temperature
Use a simple electro-circuit to convert change of conductivity to correspond output signal of gas concentration
