Conductor: Conductor cross section of 800mm2 or below is stranded through compacting round core, with better roundness and higher compacting coefficient. Conductor cross section more than 800mm2 is made by segment of Milliken method to minimize skin connecting and alternating current impedance and increase power transmission capacity of cable.

Conductor shape: segments

 

Standard: IEC 60840-2004,IEC 62087-2006 Or equivalent DIN, BS, AS/NZS, JIS, ASTM, IS, etc. standard.

Insulation: XLPE, gravity feeding in 1000 level ultra-clean environment.

Outer sheath: PVC, MDPE, HDPE, LDPE

Additional Options: Flame retardant, Anti-termite.

 

Characteristic of use:

 

1. Allowable max. long-time operation temperature of cable conductor: 90°C
2. Allowable Max. short circuit temperature of cable conductor (max. sustaining period not exceeding 5s): 250 °C
3. Allowable Min. bending radius when laying cable, generally 20 times of the cable diamete
