18mm Laminated Falcata Core Blockboard (Bintangor Okoume Keruing)
Block board is a wood based panel, made up of a core of softwood strips glued together. The strips may be up to about 18mm wide and are placed edge to edge and sandwiched between veneers of softwood, hardwood glued under high pressure.
Face/back: Okoume/Bintangor/Birch/Teak/Oak/Keruing
Core: Popar/Hardwood/Paulownia
Glue: E1/E2/MR/Melamine/WBP
Size: 1220*2440mm/610*2440mm
Thickness: 12mm/15mm/16mm/18mm/20mm
Tolerance: +/-0.5mm
Moisture: 6%--15%
Density: 650kgs/cbm
Grade: BB / BB, BB / CC, CC / DD
Formaldehyde Emission: E1( E1≤ 1.5mg/L, E2≤ 5.0mg/L)

Applications of blockboard:
Blockboard is used to make doors, tables, shelves, paneling and partition walls. It is normally used for interior usages, due to the type of glues used. To achieve maximum strength, it is important to ensure that the core runs lengthways. Block board (also called lumber core) has very good screw holding and can be considered as solid wood; It has a good resistance to warping.
