    Sensitization The diazo sensitizer powder HD diluted by water, and then join the emulsion. Deaeration timeis about two hours. Mix well and kept in the dark and cold environment (4 -10 ° C), the service life is 4 weeks.   Application How to apply depends on the screen mesh count, mesh count is recommended by 34 t - 120 t.Like the a screen of 62 t, suggest to coat layer of emulsion on the printing surface,coat a layer of emulsion on the blade surface (in the order specified).   Drying Suggest not to exceed 30 ° C - 35 ° c. According to different dosage of sensitive glue , the drying time will be different.   Exposure Exposure depends on the dosage of the emulsion. It is recommended to use 5000 w power UV metal halide lamp, as follows:  Mesh count = 55T Lamp = 5000 w power UV metal halide lamp Distance = 140cm Exposure time = 60-70 seconds   Development Suggested that the screen immersed in water at room temperature for about 5 minutes.By water spray, and then put into thethe oven to dry, the temperature is about 30 ° C to 40 °.   Recoating After use the sensitization of emulsion recoating, need to expose a few minutes.   Catalysis Safety data sheet If the printing quantity is big,need special chemical/physical resistance, emulsion must be catalysised by 210  catalyst.The curing time of making screen is as follows: 12 hours,drying in the room temperature 45 minutes, 50°C drying in the oven   Note: Catalysis of emulsion can not be demoulded from the screen.   Glaze If need to protect the edge of the screen, it is recommended to use series of DURAL ARCHIM   Demould If you need to demould from the screen after using, it is recommended to use POLISTRIP Packaging & Shipping     Our Services   1. Engineer is online for 12-hours, Technical support is available in time.   2.With one year’s warranty,and lifelong maintenance(except the wearing parts).   3. Please rest assured that operation video CD and user-friendly English manual will be offered along with machine.       Company Information       Contact
