CE and ISO9001 Main Features: The roll is made of chilled cast iron, its surface is very hard and anti-wear, the internal cavity of the roll is processed to make the temperature well proportioned on the roll. The mill adopts self-aligning rolling bearings, which has a large and stable loading capacity and easy to maintain. The mill adopts hard tooth-surface speed reducer, compact structure with higher transmission efficiency, low noise and long time service. The mill is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent the major parts from being damaged due to overload. The mill is also equipped with an emergency brake device, in case of emergency accident, just press the emergency stop button, the machine will stop immediately, it is safe and reliable. This mill is matched with automatic stock blender device, which can reduce labor intensity and save power. This mill adopts hydraulic-controlling roll guide and electric roll nip adjustment.
