150hp submersible water pump, deliver to Iceland:
Location: Iceland
Products: stainless steel 316 submersible pump for seawater
Application: seafood factory
Submersible pump parameters: 1200m3/h 18m 110kw; 1000m3/h 16m 90kw; 800m3/h 16m 75kw
First, customer needs four-stage submersible motor. Secondly, there is limited on pump installation size. The maximum outside diameter of this submersible pump should less than 550mm, but pump capacity must reach 1200m3/h. Also this submersible pump is used for seawater, means the pump material is absolutely corrosion-resistant.
In China, most submersible pumps are equipped with two-stage motors. In order to meet customer’s requirements, we must provide prefect design drawing and control casting processes.
After discussing with our engineer, we decided to do ODM for customer. R&D department issued a complete design drawing and installation programs. Production department decided to choose 316 stainless steel corrosion-resistant materials for this submersible pump. In that can keep the service life of this pump longer.
After 2 months, we finished pumps production. Then tested every single pump, the result shows our pumps can reach 1500m3/h capacity, much more than requirement. And the pump working current is not excess than rated current.
Then the pumps shipped to Iceland. After received, end users tested the pumps by themselves. They were very satisfied with pump quality. For now, our submersible pumps had been serviced for the seafood factory several months.
