HZS120 concrete mixing plant: Large-type mixing plant, suitable for building houses, project, ground and precast product for factory.

1. Concrete Mixer: JS2000 (JS2000B) (including the steel support)
The machine adopts JS2000 (JS2000B) double horizontal-axis forced mixer. It introduce new techniques of Deutsch axile seal. There is four seals on the end of shaft, the service life is longer than other seal method, and reduce possibility of trouble and easy to replace and maintain. The liner and mixing blade is made of wear resistant alloys and advance the performance of wear resistant.

2. Batching machine: PLD3200
PLD3200 batching machine is composed of feed device weighing system and electrical control system. The feeding device is arranged on line. The batching system adopts sensor to measure
3. Water supply system: Spray mode

The water supply is used to supply water to water weigher rapidly. It is composed of water tank water pump and accessories of pipeline.
4. Conveyor system
5. Measurement system: Measure the aggregate, cement, water, liquid additive.

The electrical system adopts import parts and has credibility performance.
