PDC(Polycrystalline Diamond Compact)cutter are sintered with selected diamond powder and tungsten carbide under high temperature and ultra-high pressure, they have high hardness, abrasion resistance and impact resistance, are widely used for oil/gas well drill bit, geological drill and mining drill bit, also could be used for diamond tools for cutting, grinding, polishing.

PDC cutters for geology exploration and mining
We have VA, VB and HM series of cutters available.
VA series for geology exploration and mining(normal)
VA cutter is the most mature in technology and stable in quality.
Feature: Good abrasion resistance, excellent impact resistance, high rate of penetration
Usage: Anchor shank drill bits, stepped side cuffed core bits, core bits.
Application: Coal measure stratum and rock formation.
VB series for geology exploration and mining(forced)
VB cutter is improved from VA series, it's adopted series of new technologies, its abrasion resistance is enhanced greatly, the impact resistance is same as VA cutter, now it has become the first choice in the middle and high market in domestic market.

Feature: High abrasion resistance, excellent impact resistance
Usage: Forced anchor shank drill bits, forced core bits, forced non-core bits.
Application: Medium hard formations, f≤ 10.
VB1308 also has excellent performance in drilling rock formations, f≥ 10.
HM series for geology exploration and mining(super-forced)
HM cutter is the top product, through lots of research and tests, we improved the manufacture technology successfully, and the quality become more and more mature.
Feature: High impact resistance and abrasion resistance, medium rate of penetration
Usage: Super-forced core bits, super-forced non-core bits
Application: Conglomerate, granite, quartz, sandstone.

SG series of cutters
Feature:
The joint face of PCD layer and the tungsten carbide is designed with claws, which ensure the combination is more firm and the cutter has higher impact resistance.
Microstructure with complete C-C bond combination is characterized between the grains of the diamond in PCD layer, which ensure the high strength, hardness and abrasion resistance of diamond layer.
The new sharp cutting surface will keep cutting in the drilling process.

GK series of cutters
GK is a premium cutter, we adopted series of new technology, greatly improved the impact resistance and thermal stability, increased the rate of penetration in highly demanding drilling applications effectively.

Selected higher quality diamond powder, improved the sintering technique, enhanced the bond combination strength between diamond grain.
