Description:
Combiner Box provides a means of combining multiple source circuits from a PV array into a single DC output. Each source circuit is fused separately using a touch-safe fuse holder. The combiner box allows for fail-safe operation of the system in the unlikely event that a problem with a source circuit leads to abnormally high current. In addition, the combiner box provides a convenient means of accessing the DC portion of a PV system for routine maintenance and troubleshooting.

6. Installation and Maintenance
Check the product to make sure whether there is a damage caused by delivery.
Although the product is carefully checked and tested before shipping, but components maybe damaged during shipping, so the product should be checked before installation. Please contact the transportation company or directly contact with Wuxi Longmax Technology Co., Ltd if there is any component damage. Please provide the picture of damaged component, and we will provide the fastest and best service.
Basic installation requirements
The Intelligent PV array combiner boxes with monitoring device can be installed outdoor. But as it contains electronic equipment, it is required not to be installed in wet location.
Configuration of input circuit
Photovoltaic combiner box are allowed to have access2- 32 channel PV modules.
Size of terminal and connecting wire
The user can choose appropriate wires by checking different waterproof terminals shows in the table below.
Input connection
Photovoltaic components input is located at the bottom of the cabinet, PV combiner box can connect 12 strings input at most. Pay attention that PV modules output of connection is located in the bottom of the box, white wire is used to access positive PV modules, black wire is used to access negative PV modules. The user needs to unscrew gland, and disconnect all fuses and let the breaker off, then access connection to fuse holder by 1.5nm screwdriver, and finally tighten all waterproof terminals.
Output connection
Combiner box output is on the left of the bottom, as can be seen from the picture output including DC positive, DC negative and ground, grounding wire is yellow green. The communication wire is also at the bottom of the box, beside the grounding wire. The user needs to unscrew gland l before wires are connected, after access output wires, then tighten the screws, and finally tighten all glands.

1. How to change fuse
Step 1: Operation the circuit breaker
Step 2: Open the fuse holder
Step 3: Change the fuse (he fuse replaced must be the same as the original model.)
Step 4: Close the fuse holder, switch on the circuit breaker.
If fault occurs during the warranty period, Longmax will maintenance or replace the product for free.
¤ The original unqualified product should be returned to the manufacturer.
¤ The customer shall give the company reserve the reasonable time to repair the equipment.
