Reliability Test

1. Life Test : being continuously working for required period of time, then stop, then repeat

2. Noise Test : being put at the distance of 1m (or other requirements) to the test equipments to test the noise

3. Water-proof Test : being put 10mm under the water working for 2 weeks and 100m under the water working for 12 hours

4. Salt Spray Test: salt spray can test the products’ resistance to corrosion

5. Impact Test: two objects striking each other at high relative speeds

6. Storage Test: being stored under normal temperature for 1 or 2 years to test stability

Payment terms

1) Advance Payment: 50% of tooling.

2) After sending the first sample for testing: 30% payment of tooling

3) Qualified the samples: 20% payment of tooling and samples fee.

Once we got the 50% tooling payment, we will launch the project and begin production.

The lead time need 45 days.
