Features:
On the edges of the casing roller centralizer, two lines of rollers are installed horizontally with axes perpendicular to the well axes. When the casing reaches the slope well section, the rollers, on one hand, can prevent the casing body from contacting hemline of the well to reduce rubbing area; on the other hand, the conventional sliding friction shall be changed to rolling friction due to the movement of the rollers, which shall great reduce the coefficient of friction resistance between casing and well wall to make casing run in the wellbore very easily.
For screw casing centralizer, there is an included angle between centralizing bar and its axes. Therefore, it is more superior in use than the conventional centralizer:
1> When the well wall is irregular, during the running process of the casing, the well wall will produce certain transverse force to the screw centralizer to ease the resistant impact.
2> In the well space outside the casing, the grout shall create rotational flow while passing the screw piece of the centralizer. This rotational flow shall wash out the virtual cake on the wall, which shall improve the displacement effect of the grout.
Applecations:
Applicable to the casing running work of large size slope wells, displacement wells and level wells; to increase the axial loading and reduce the time period when running. This roller centralizer can also prevent the bending and deforming of the casing, and protect airproof of casing joints.
