3.Three gear transmission: The controller output three speed control mode,(for the example of the motors rating rotate speed is 370r/min)
Low speed gear: motor max-speed 260r/min±1r/min
Middle speed gear: motor max-speed 320r/min±1r/min
High speed gear: motor max-speed 370r/min±1r/min
4.Common brake: Base on brake signal ,cutting the electricity of the controller.Have two brake signal fashion :High level/Low level.
5.E/ABS brake: When the brake has the signal, while the controller cut the electricity of the motor, it regulates the hall signal pesonally, make the motor in the status in reveral, achieve rapid braking effect. The higher rorate ,the stronger braking ability
6.Undervoltage protection: When the battery 's volatage lower than the protection volatage, the controller will cut the motor’s power all along, forbidding battery provide the power to motor. Unless the battery voltage to regain to the normal, the controller will relieve the motor locked mode by itself.
48V controller: undervoltage protect voltage: 41.5V±0.5V,resume voltage:43.5±0.5V
36V controller: undervoltage protect voltage: 31.5V±0.5V,resume voltage:33.5±0.5V
7.Over loading protection:
36V controller: When the output current is more than 15A in average, and while it lasts 20minutes,the PWM signal of the controller stop output.
48V controller: When the output current more than 12A in average, and while it lasts 20minutes,the PWM signal of the controller stop output.
8.Limilt speed punction:
When the limilt speed pin short connect ,the max romate 220/min±1r/min
When the limilt speed pin not short connect ,the max romate 220/min±1r/min
9.Blocking protection?Automatically judge the motor in the condition of past flow whether it is in a state of complete blocking or running or electrical short-circuit condition, If in operation, the controller sets the limited value at a fixed value, to keep the whole car while driving; If motor is in pure blocking state, it will control two seconds limited flow control value in less than 10A , can protect the motor and battery, save energy ; If the electrical in the state of short circuit, the controller output current control in less than 2A, to ensure the safety of controllers and batteries.
10.Temperature protect:The temperature of controller’s exterior higher than 120?±1?,the controller will lock the motor,stop the power output.
