This Oral-taken Liquid Bottle Washing, Drying and Filling Combination Production Line is composed of Model drum-type supersonic wave bottle-wash unit, Model HX channel sterilization oven, Model YG oral-taken liquid filling and cap- fastening unit.
All process shall be operated automatically including supersonic wave washing, sterilization and drying and filling and cap-fasting.
It is mainly applied for the combination production of filling oral-taken liquid and other water preparations.
In addition, it is also applied for bottle-wash, drying and sterilization of theelin bottle and ampoule bottle.
This production line is a new generation product developed and manufactured on the base of digesting and assimilating foreign advanced technology.
It's performance reaches the domestic advanced level and conforms to the requirements of GMP.
