This product is light yellow transparent liquid, applicable to surface ANTI CORROSION for ALUMINUM AND ALUMINUM ALLOY PRODUCTS. Passivating film can last for few month under room temprature atmonsphere.
Passivating film thickness: 0.015mm-0.025mm. passivating film color is of its original color.
Usage:
Solution proportion: diluting with water, (passivating agent: water=1:20)
Temprature: 60℃-80℃
Time: 3-5 minutes
Total Acidity: 18-21 points, free acid: 4.5-5.0 points, PH: 7-8 points,
Process flow: ball blasting-cleaning-passivating-cleaning-drying
